Jennifer Gosetti-Ferencei

Jennifer Gosetti-Ferencei is Kurrelmeyer Chair and Professor in German, with a secondary appointment in Philosophy and a joint appointment in Comparative Thought and Literature, at Johns Hopkins University. She is author of seven books, including, most recently, Imagination: A Very Short Introduction; On Being and Becoming: An Existentialist Approach to Life; and The Life of Imagination: Revealing and Making the World. Her book of poetry, After the Palace Burns, won The Paris Review Prize.
